- California DOB redaction and restrictions on background screening
How do you see your contribution in a position of leadership for realizing these priorities?
Ability to identify new talent with fresh perspectives and ideas. Additionally, the skill to help mentor and develop new volunteers.
What is your long-term vision for PBSA’s impact on the background screening industry?
My long-term vision encompasses the following:
- Build sustainable relationships with Federal and State regulators and their staff
- Build sustainable relationships with county courts and their staff
- Build sustainable relationships with key court management platforms
- Increase end user engagement
- Establish PBSA brand awareness
