My role at PBSA:

Co-chair of the Educational Resources Committee.  The committee is responsible for sourcing and scheduling the monthly webinars, as well as assisting in the selection of the conference sessions.

 

Why I wanted to volunteer with PBSA:

I have been involved with PBSA since practically the beginning, and have always been passionate about information and sharing knowledge.  The friends and colleagues I have made along the way has been so valuable in my personal and professional life.

 

What I do when not at work:

I am lucky to live in Southern California, where the weather is just about perfect.  I love to hike our beautiful local trails.  I also have a bit of a crocheting habit.

 

What I'm reading:

Lessons in Chemistry – I watched the series and loved it.

 

Favorite website, podcast, blogs, etc.:

Business-wise, I like Marketing Matters on Sirius Radio.  On the personal side, it’s called Obitchuary – a weekly podcast about some truly bizarre obituaries.

 

On my desk right now (books, personal items, etc.):

A notebook, pen, highlighter (I’m old school), hand cream, and water.
