My role at PBSA:

I currently serve on the Leadership Development Committee and as co-chair of the Tenant Screening Subcommittee of the Government Relations Committee in the US Council. I previously served on the Board of Directors including as Chair.

 

Why I wanted to volunteer with PBSA:

Volunteering really makes a difference! I’ve volunteered for many (many) years now for PBSA and have seen tremendous growth throughout the Association not just in the US but globally as well. I’ve enjoyed working with colleagues across the industry to make our space better. A bonus result from volunteering has been all of the friendships and connections that I’m very grateful for.

 

What I do when not at work.

I love spending time with my husband and son Hunter, along with friends and family. On the warm Minnesota days, we like to get outside as much as possible. On those cold (cold) days, we love to watch movies and, of course, visit the occasional meat raffle!

I don’t have a particular favorite website or podcast but I do enjoy reading travel-related blogs.
