The Criminal Research Provider Certificate Program covers the fundamental concepts embodied in the PBSA Criminal Record Provider Guidelines. The Provider Advisory Group, in support of the overall mission of PBSA to advance excellence in the screening profession, has published several guidelines. These guidelines were adopted by PBSA after an extensive process involving collaboration at all levels by industry providers and CRAs alike.
