Back to Basics Webinar Series

The Back to Basics Series provides participants with a basic understanding of the background screening industry, including types of criminal and non-criminal searches. The series also covers the background of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and explores permissible purposes, adverse action, and disputes. The Back to Basics Series is an excellent introduction to the background screening industry for new employees or anyone needing a refresher.
 

PBSA has created the following resources as aides to utilize the Back to Basics Series as a New Employee training resource.
