United States Council

The PBSA United States Council was founded in 2019 as a result of the PBSA globalization project.

The United States Council follows the same guiding principles as PBSA:

• Promote ethical business practices.
• Promote compliance with appropriate legislation within the region.
• Foster awareness of issues related to consumer protection and privacy rights within the background screening industry.
