Kathleen Nottingham is currently the Director of Data Acquisition Strategy at HireRight, LLC.  She has over 26 years of experience in background screening.  Her tenure has given a comprehensive understanding in accessing and interpreting public records, from navigating legal frameworks to implementing efficient retrieval strategies.  Kathleen’s depth of expertise enables her to navigate complexities with precision and foresight, ensuring of accurate and comprehensive background screening solutions for all types of employers who need an efficient and thorough screening program.  Over the past few years, Kathleen has been a member of the Government Relations Committee and held a Co-Chair role with the Sub-Committee on Public Access.
