Heidi Seaton
Heidi Seaton, VP of Legal and Compliance at Orange Tree Employment Screening, has been in the Background Screening Industry since 2000. Prior to her current role at Orange Tree she worked for Verifications, Inc. with the technology team. Heidi is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and as Board liaison to the Educational Resources Committee and is past co-chair of the Best Practices Committee. Heidi holds a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. Heidi is admitted to the Minnesota bar.
