Chad Ascar
Chad Ascar is currently Director of Integration at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. His primary focus is to champion alignment between Compliance, Operations, Client-facing and Product teams. During Chad’s time associated with PBSA, he has been involved with Government Relations, Leadership Development Committee, and has been a Team Leader during Advocacy Day. Previously, Chad has held Co-Chair roles for the Litigation Avoidance Sub-Committee and the Industry Practices Committee. He was also actively involved in PBSA producing its first ever Industry Survey in partnership with HR.com. Chad attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received a law degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is honored to serve on the Board of Directors as PBSA continues down the path of being a global association.
