Andy Hellman is currently an Associate with iQubed Advisors and has worked in the background screening industry for over two decades in a variety of roles spanning Operations, Product Development, Business Analytics and Strategy, largely focused on global screening. During this time he has partnered with some of the world’s largest companies to implement successful, compliant programs. He is also a published author and frequent presenter on all things related to global background screening, ranging from GDPR compliance to Artificial Intelligence. His international experience includes study abroad in Japan, working for an Italian technology company in Milan and running global screening businesses in the UK, Canada, the US and Singapore.
Andy has a BA in International Economics and Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington. He also holds IAPP CIPP/E and CIPM certifications, as well as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
