U.S. Members 2025 Non-Deductible Dues Info
PBSA estimates deductibility at the beginning and end of each calendar year. The headquarters staff then reviews the accuracy of that estimate, in consultation with the association's CPA firm, and is required to notify members if the non-deductibility percentage has changed.

On behalf of our members, PBSA filed litigation against Philip J. Weiser, in his official capacity as Attorney General for the state of Colorado, and Ken Paxton, in his official capacity as Attorney General for the State of Texas.
