Andy Hellman has worked in the background screening industry for over two decades leading teams in Operations, Product Development, Business Analytics and Strategy. He is a published author and frequent presenter on all things related to global background screening, ranging from GDPR compliance to Artificial Intelligence.

His international experience includes study abroad in Japan, working for an Italian technology company in Milan and running global screening businesses in London, Canada, the US and Singapore. He also holds IAPP CIPP/E and CIPM certifications, as well as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).

Michelle Leblond brings more than 25 years of experience in the background screening industry to her role as Director of Operations for the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). In this position, Michelle works closely with PBSA’s global team, Board of Directors, committees, and members to advance excellence in the screening profession and support the association’s mission worldwide.

Oranuch Lerdsuwankij, also known as Mimee, is the CEO and Co-founder of Techsauce, the prominent technology and innovation ecosystem builder in Thailand. Techsauce is renowned for organizing the largest technology conference in Southeast Asia, called Techsauce Global Summit.

As a driving force behind Thailand’s tech ecosystem, she aims to position the country as Southeast Asia’s tech gateway. Her work focuses on attracting investment, helping Thai organizations expand internationally, and connecting the local ecosystem with global partners. She also co-founded VentureBridge VC and Thailand Accelerator, and serves on the Digital Council of Thailand.

Mario is a Certified International Investigator, holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, Sri Jayewardenapura University, and a BSc in Business and Economics from Eastern Connecticut State University, USA.

He counts over 30 years of experience in Industrial & Commercial Security & investigations. Mario serves as the current Chair Elect of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) APAC Chapter.

Dr. Khwanthip Sooksung (Air) is a Country Head of Sales of Integrity Thailand with over a decade of experience in the background screening industry. She holds a Ph.D. degree in international political economy, specialization in governance from Chulalongkorn University.

Dr. Khwanthip has more than 10 years of experience at Integrity Thailand in successfully helping protect the integrity of companies through anti-fraud expertise. She specializes in Thailand’s emerging digital identity ecosystem and compliance solutions shaping the screening industry.
