Non-Industry Guest Evening Pass
Registered attendees may purchase tickets for non-industry guests. A guest ticket will allow admittance for the following events - Sunday evening reception and opening party, Monday, and Tuesday evening receptions. All guests must be accompanied by a registered conference attendee. Sunday only tickets can be purchased for $150, and Monday or Tuesday only can be purchased for $75/night.Tickets can be purchased onsite at the registration desk for $300/individual for all three nights.
In- Person Attendee Cancellation Policy: Written request for cancellation or transfer received by August 18 will be subject to a 15% fee. Request to be switched from Regular or Late in-person to virtual received by August 18, will be refunded the fee difference less a 15% fee.
For cancellations, transfers or switches received after August 18, requests are not guaranteed but may be granted at the sole discretion of PBSA if unable to attend due to death of an immediate family member, or other extraordinary circumstance. All cancellations will be subject to a 15% fee. Requests that are not granted will be transferred to a virtual attendee but not refunded the difference in registration rates.

Virtual attendees wishing to transfer a virtual registration to an in-person registration, will be charged the current in-person rate at the time of the requested change.
All Attendee Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. PBSA is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, airfare, hotel, or other costs that are associated with the conference. PBSA is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during this event, updates that may need to be made to your personal equipment to attend the event, or other ancillary costs associated with the conference.
PBSA reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event PBSA cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund. PBSA further reserves the right to substitute event content, format, presenters and the like, no refund of any kind will be provided to registrants.
