Rate is per person. Payment must be received by the deadlines indicated below in order to qualify for the reduced rates.
All attendees must have a current membership at the time of the conference to attend at the member rate. If you register at the member rate but choose not to renew membership, the difference between the non-member and member rate will be charged at the conference.

Non-Industry Guest Evening Pass
Registered attendees may purchase tickets for non-industry guests. A guest ticket will allow admittance for the following events - Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evening receptions. All guests must be accompanied by a registered conference attendee. Tickets can be purchased onsite at the registration desk for $300/individual.
PBSA will offer masks, hand sanitizers and yellow or red wristbands for those who wish to indicate to others their preference to remain socially distant at the event.
Written request for cancellation or transfer received by March 23 will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. For cancellations received after March 23, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of PBSA if unable to attend due to death of an immediate family member, or other extraordinary circumstance. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. PBSA is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, airfare, hotel, or other costs that are associated with the conference. PBSA is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during this event, updates that may need to be made to your personal equipment to attend the event, or other ancillary costs associated with the conference.
PBSA reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event PBSA cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund. PBSA further reserves the right to substitute event content, format, presenters and the like, no refund of any kind will be provided to registrants.

I acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases (including COVID-19) in any public space where people are present. I acknowledge that by attending this event I am voluntarily assuming all risk related to disease exposure and agree NOT to hold PBSA and any of its affiliates (including but not limited to officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and volunteers) as well as the event venue liable for illness, including illness leading to death. I will follow government regulations in place at the time of the event which may include, but are not limited to; social distancing, wearing a mask in public spaces (while not consuming food and beverage), minimizing physical contact, frequently washing my hands/using hand sanitizer, and avoiding overcrowded spaces. Further, I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health and for my potential to spread germs to others.I will not participate in event activities if I feel ill, I do not pass any health screenings that may be in place, of if I have had recent known exposure to a communicable disease (including COVID-19).
