Matthew is a member of the Executive Committee of the Singapore Fintech Association. He is also a Singapore Accredited Tax Advisor and an England and Wales-qualified solicitor, and a Partner with Deloitte South East Asia.
In his role with the SFA, Matthew works with the Executive Committee and SFA Secretariat to help shape and execute the SFA's strategy of operating as the Voice of Singapore Fintech.
In his role with Deloitte, Matthew provides full-spectrum Singapore and international structuring advice to clients across the financial services and fintech sectors; and frequently represents clients with the design and implementation of complex cross-border projects. He has particularly strong expertise advising in the context of blockchain applications, tokenisation and digital assets, and also with respect to Web 3.0. In addition to his roles with SFA and Deloitte, Matthew is also a member of the ACCESS Digital Asset Management Subcommittee.
