Registration rate is per person. Payment must be received by the deadlines indicated below in order to qualify for the reduced rates. Registration forms without payments will not be processed.
All attendees must have a current membership at the time of the conference to attend at the member rate. If you register at the member rate but choose not to renew membership, the difference between the non-member and member rate will be charged at the conference.
Due to PCI Compliance, please do NOT provide any credit card information via email. Pay by registering online, phone or fax only.
Member Rate: $120 (USD)
Non-Member Rate: $300 (USD)
Attendees who stay three or more nights at the host hotel and are PBSA members will be eligible for a discounted registration rate of $50 (USD), a $70 (USD) savings. Please make your hotel reservation before registering for the meeting and email proof of your reservation for a three night stay in the PBSA room block (such as a confirmation email) to conference@thepbsa.org. Staff will provide a discount code for the reduced rate after verifying your reservation, usually within two business days.
If you require a visa to travel to Australia and will need a letter of invitation for the conference, PBSA will gladly provide one.

Friday evening, join us for a Harbor Cruise and BBQ! Registration for the Harbor Cruise is included in your full registration. Families are welcome to join as well and these guest tickets can be purchased during the registration process for $100 (USD) per person. Space is limited to 40 guests for the cruise, so be sure to register early to participate!
Written cancellations received on or before October 18, 2019, will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. For cancellations received after October 18, 2019, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of PBSA, if an individual is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. PBSA is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, airfare, hotel or other costs that are associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend.
PBSA reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event PBSA cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund. PBSA further reserves the right to substitute event content, format, presenters and the like, no refund of any kind will be provided to registrants.
