The rates listed are per person, and payment must be received by the deadlines below to qualify for discounted pricing.
To comply with PCI regulations, please refrain from including credit card information in emails. Payments can only be made securely online, by phone, or via fax.
All attendees must have a current membership at the time of registration to attend at the member rate.

Room Reservations
Conference registration is required to take advantage of PBSA’s discounted hotel rates at the Crystal Gateway Marriott. PBSA will be cross-checking hotel reservations with conference registrations. Hotel reservations without an accompanying conference registration are subject to cancellation by PBSA beginning February 14th. Hotel reservations should be made under the conference attendee’s name.
Non-Industry Guest Passes
Registered attendees may purchase tickets for non-industry guests ONLY. A full guest pass ($300) will allow admittance for the following events – Sunday and Monday evening receptions and Tuesday night closing event. Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday evening only passes are available for $100/night. All guests must be accompanied by a registered conference attendee. Tickets can be purchased onsite at the registration desk. (This pass is intended for spouses and traveling companions only.)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or transfer requests received by February 15 will incur a 15% fee. After February 15, refunds are granted at PBSA’s discretion only for extraordinary circumstances, such as the death of an immediate family member. No refunds are provided for failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, or weather-related issues. PBSA is not responsible for airfare, hotel, technical issues, or other costs related to the conference.
PBSA reserves the right to cancel events, offering full refunds in such cases, and to modify event content, format, or presenters without issuing refunds.
Attendee List
You may receive emails or other messages from companies claiming to have PBSA conference attendee lists for sale. These are scams, please email communications@thepbsa.org to let us know if you receive any of these solicitations, report them as spam to your email provider, and delete the message.
