PBSA has secured a hotel block for the Mid-Year Conference. The rate is $268 per night plus taxes for single/double occupancy. Reservations must be made by Feb 28, 2025, to secure the group rate.

To ensure your reservation is included in our hotel room block, please follow these steps:

When booking your hotel, ensure that the name on the reservation matches the name of the registered attendee.
Please include the name of your company or organization when making your reservation.
Note that the system allows only one hotel reservation per attendee to prevent multiple bookings under the same name.

As we approach February 14, if the reservation name does not match the attendee name, the hotel reservation will be removed from our block and charged the standard hotel rates. Following these steps will help our staff quickly verify your status as a PBSA attendee and keep you in the hotel block.
