To secure your selection please attend the Booth & Sponsor Selection Meeting taking place at the 2025 Mid-Year Conference onsite on Monday, March 24, at 2:30 PM ET in McClean. During this meeting selections will be made based off of points rankings.
If you are not planning to attend the meeting, please complete the contract and return it to conference@thepbsa.org by Noon ET on March 21. PBSA staff will make a selection for you during the meeting.
Please note that we are still working on information with the hotel regarding the coffee cafe sponsorship.
Following the close of the selection meeting, all sponsorships and exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
