If you require a visa to travel to Australia and will need a letter of invitation for the conference, PBSA will gladly provide one. Please be sure to review the visa requirements for entry to Australia.

Written cancellations or transfers received on or before October 25, 2024, will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. For cancellations received after October 25, 2024, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of PBSA, if an individual is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. PBSA is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, airfare, hotel or other costs that are associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend.
PBSA reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event PBSA cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund. PBSA further reserves the right to substitute event content, format, presenters and the like, no refund of any kind will be provided to registrants.
