Take a few minutes to review the schedule, sessions, and confirmed exhibitors. Then, customize the sections in the letter highlighted in yellow to reflect your individual costs and how the conference can best serve you and your company. No two companies are quite the same, so feel free to customize the letter as much or as little as needed to best make your case.

PBSA reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event PBSA cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund. PBSA further reserves the right to substitute event content, format, presenters and the like, no refund of any kind will be provided to registrants.
